Exchange-Only Protocol

To maintain brand integrity and hygiene, we do not offer refunds or returns. Exchanges are strictly limited to the following verified cases:

🔒 Mandatory Proof of Integrity:

A continuous unboxing video is non-negotiable. It must show the outer courier seal being broken and the product inspected in one single, unedited shot. Without this, no claim will be processed.

⚖️ Fraud & Mistreatment Protection:

Our 22K PVD plating is industrial-grade. Claims of "fading" or "breakage" within 15-30 days are subject to Surface Analysis. We do not exchange items damaged by perfumes, sweat, or physical force. Intentional damage to secure a replacement is monitored and will result in a permanent brand ban.

Non-Exchangeable Scenarios:

  • Fading due to non-compliance with our Care Guide
  • "Style didn't suit me" or Change of Mind
  • Size errors (refer to our Size Guide before purchase)
  • Products bought during Sales or via Discount Codes

The Verification Process

Request Submission: Contact info@uniquejewels.in within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and Unboxing Video.

Technical Review: Our quality team will inspect the footage. If the issue is a genuine factory defect, an Exchange Authorization will be issued.

Self-Shipment: You must ship the item back to our studio. After physical inspection confirms no chemical or physical abuse, the replacement is sent.

Zero Refund Policy

Unique Jewels does not issue cash refunds. Approved claims receive a direct replacement or Store Credit.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations are only accepted within 6 hours of placement. No changes can be made once the order is in the shipping queue.
