The Golden Care Rule
Direct exposure to harsh agents is the absolute primary cause of premature plating wear. Always keep your pieces away from perfumes, colognes, bleach, strong sanitizers, and chlorinated swimming pools.
Simple Daily Maintenance
Apply chemicals first — spray your colognes, deodorants, or body lotions completely and let them settle on your skin before putting your jewelry on.
Manage water contact properly — casual handwashing or a splash of light rain is totally fine. Just rinse with fresh water and pat thoroughly dry right away. Avoid heavy shower soaking.
Clean up after the gym — sweat contains personal salts and bodily acids that can micro-corrode surfaces over time. Give your chain a quick 5-second wipe down with a soft microfiber fabric post-workout.
Store in the provided signature casing — when unworn, keep your items locked inside our signature brand pouch or rigid box to shield them from scratches caused by contact with hard countertops or other metal objects.
Monthly Refresh Procedure
Prepare mild cleansing solution
Mix a single drop of extremely mild, chemical-free dish soap or body wash into a small bowl of lukewarm water.
Gently rub the plating surface
Dip a clean, ultra-soft cloth into the mixture (do not submerge the jewelry itself). Gently wipe the chain links to lift lingering body oils and sweat buildup.
Clear out soap residues
Rinse your soft cleaning cloth thoroughly under pure water, squeeze out excess liquid, and wipe down the chain once more to erase any leftover film.
Dry completely before storage
Pat dry thoroughly with a fresh plush towel. Ensure no moisture remains trapped in clasp joints or links before putting it away.
