48-Hour Easy Exchange

We stand behind every piece we ship. If something isn't right — wrong item, damaged in transit, manufacturing defect — we'll make it right. Fast. No runaround. No headache.

What We Cover

Wrong item received — you ordered one thing, we sent another. Full replacement, we cover shipping.

Damaged in transit — arrived broken, bent, or visibly damaged. Replacement dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Manufacturing defect — broken clasp, damaged chain link, or abnormal coating separation. Covered under our 1-Year Warranty.

How to Raise a Claim

STEP 1

Email supportuniquejewels@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and a clear unboxing video showing the issue.

STEP 2

Our team reviews your claim within 24 hours on business days (10 AM – 7 PM). We'll confirm approval by email.

STEP 3

Replacement dispatched within 2–3 business days of approval. Tracking sent immediately.

Important Conditions

To keep this promise fair for every customer, exchanges require:

  • Unboxing video is mandatory — no exceptions. Record from sealed package to revealed item.
  • Item must be unworn — jewellery is a skin-contact product. For hygiene and customer safety, worn items cannot be accepted back.
  • Original packaging — item must be in the original pouch or box.
  • 48 hours from delivery — claims raised after this window cannot be processed.

Not Eligible

  • Change of mind or styling preference
  • Incorrect size selected despite our size guide being available
  • Items that have been worn, used, or removed from original packaging
  • Fading caused by chemical exposure — perfumes, sanitisers, bleach, or chlorinated water
  • Physical damage from impact or misuse
