Choosing prepaid gives you free shipping + 10% off on every order, plus priority dispatch. Your order is processed first in the queue.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available pan-India on orders up to โน2,000. Orders above โน2,000 require prepaid payment.
COD orders may be subject to a quick verification call before dispatch to confirm delivery details.
Important: The delivery OTP you receive is a receipt confirmation โ it is not a cancellation code. Sharing your OTP with the courier completes your delivery. If you do not wish to receive your order, please contact us before it is dispatched.
Return & Exchange Shipping
Return shipping for exchange, replacement, or warranty claims is borne by the customer. We cover the cost of dispatching your replacement or repaired item back to you. Please use a trackable courier service when sending items back โ we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is sent via SMS and WhatsApp immediately after dispatch. You can track your order directly through the courier partner's website using the tracking ID provided.
Failed Deliveries
Our logistics partners attempt delivery 3 times before returning the order. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, or provide accurate delivery instructions at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.
