Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using www.uniquejewels.in. By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
1. About Us
Unique Jewels is an e-commerce brand selling premium 22K Gold PVD jewellery for men and women, operated by Jagdeep Khatavkar, based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Contact Desk: supportuniquejewels@gmail.com
2. Products & Material
Our jewellery uses a premium 22K Gold PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) coating on a 316L surgical stainless steel base. PVD gold is not solid gold. Product images are represented as accurately as possible; physical item attributes prevail.
3. Pricing Policy
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Compare-at prices represent our suggested retail benchmark, and discounts are calculated against them.
4. Orders & Payments
We accept prepaid payments (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders may require verification calls before dispatch. We reserve full discretion to accept, decline, or cancel any order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of placement. Tracking details are shared via SMS and WhatsApp. Delivery is attempted up to 3 times before being returned:
- 🏙️ Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- 🛣️ Tier 2 / Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
- 📍 Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

6. Returns & Refunds
Exchanges are processed for verified manufacturing defects or errors within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video. Change-of-mind or size errors are not accepted. Compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
7. 1-Year Warranty
Covers structural clasp defects and abnormal PVD coating flaking under normal usage. Excludes chemical degradation (perfumes, sanitisers), accidental snaps/bends, and expected normal aging changes.
8. Intellectual Property
All assets, including visuals, design elements, texts, titles, logos, and catalog copy are owned or licensed under Indian IP laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Unique Jewels is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum legal liability shall never exceed the absolute amount paid by you for that specific single product order.
10. User Conduct & Responsibilities
You agree not to use this platform for unlawful actions, supply fraudulent data, breach security points, or damage our catalog standing. We reserve the right to lock user access immediately if boundaries are crossed.
11. Law & Disputes
Governed by Indian laws with exclusive jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Please email support to resolve disputes informally first.
12. Terms Updates
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued interaction on the store catalog page after posting updates means complete agreement to revisions.
