🛡️ WHAT IS COVERED
- Color Fading: Any significant loss of the 22K Gold PVD finish.
- Tarnishing: If the metal turns black or green under normal daily wear.
- Manufacturing Defects: Any structural issues with the clasp or links upon arrival.
🚫 NOT COVERED
- Physical Damage: Broken chains or scratches due to rough handling or accidents.
- Chemical Abuse: Exposure to industrial solvents, heavy perfumes, or high-chlorine pools.
- Loss/Theft: Items that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced.
- One-Time Limit: Maximum 1 replacement per original order under warranty terms.
