One-Time Replacement Rule
Each product is eligible for one replacement only under this warranty. Once a replacement has been dispatched, neither the original product nor the replacement is eligible for further warranty claims.

How to Claim Your Warranty
Email us within 12 months of delivery
Send your Order ID, product name, and clear photos or a short video showing the defect to support@uniquejewels.in. Claims without visual evidence cannot be processed.
We review within 48 hours
Our team reviews your claim within 48 hours on business days (10 AM – 7 PM, Mon–Sat) and confirms whether it qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
Replacement dispatched within 3–5 business days
Shipping both ways is covered by us for all approved claims. Tracking sent immediately after dispatch.
If item is out of stock — store credit issued
Store credit valid for 3 months. Use it on any product across the store.
Warranty Conditions
- Valid for 12 months from delivery date — order confirmation email is your proof of purchase
- Applies to the original purchaser only — non-transferable
- One replacement per product only — once replaced, the product and its replacement are no longer eligible for further claims
- Items must not be altered or repaired by any third party — voids warranty immediately
- All claims must be submitted via email with photo or video evidence — no exceptions
- Unique Jewels reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect
5 Care Tips — Extend Your Jewellery's Life
Apply perfume before wearing — never spray directly on the jewellery. Chemicals are the biggest cause of early plating wear.
Wipe with a soft dry cloth after heavy sweat — especially after gym sessions. Takes 5 seconds, adds months of shine.
Avoid prolonged soaking — occasional handwashing is fine. Avoid swimming, prolonged showers, and sea water.
Store in the provided brand box — prevents scratches from contact with other metals and hard surfaces.
Keep away from direct sunlight and humidity — store in a cool dry place when not wearing for extended periods.
