Every piece is crafted from 316L surgical-grade stainless steel — the same material used in medical implants and surgical tools. This is coated with 22K Gold PVD, which fuses gold at a molecular level in a vacuum chamber. It is significantly more durable than standard electroplating. No brass. No sterling silver. No low-grade alloys.

No. 316L surgical steel is hypoallergenic — it contains no nickel or copper that causes the green discolouration or skin reactions you get from low-quality jewellery. It is safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

With normal daily wear, the PVD gold coating is built to last years, not months. Standard electroplated jewellery fades in 4–8 weeks. PVD is 5× more durable. We back this with a 1-Year Manufacturing Defect Warranty on the colour coating. The only things that can accelerate fading are direct contact with harsh chemicals like bleach, chlorine pool water, or spraying perfume directly onto the metal.

Yes — 100%. Sweat does not affect PVD gold on surgical steel. Wear it through every workout. If you want to keep it looking sharp, a quick rinse with clean water and a wipe with a soft cloth after heavy sessions is all it needs.

• 20 inches — sits just below the collarbone. The most popular everyday length.

Yes — COD is available pan-India up to ₹2,000. For orders above ₹2,000, prepaid payment is required. Choose prepaid and get 10% off + free shipping on every order. COD orders may be subject to a quick verification call before dispatch.

Important: The delivery OTP is a receipt confirmation — it is not a cancellation code. If you do not wish to receive the order, contact us before it is dispatched.

Tracking is sent via SMS and WhatsApp immediately after dispatch.

Jewellery is a direct skin-contact product. For hygiene and safety, all sales are final once the product has been delivered. We are unable to accept returns on worn items.

However, we will replace at no cost if you received a wrong item or an item with a manufacturing defect (broken clasp, damaged chain from our end). Raise your claim within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video at supportuniquejewels@gmail.com.

Our 1-Year Manufacturing Defect Warranty covers:

• Clasp or mechanism failure under normal use
• Abnormal PVD coating separation or flaking not caused by chemical exposure

It does not cover fading from perfumes, bleach, or chlorinated water, physical damage from impact or misuse, or normal wear and tear over time. To make a claim, email us with your Order ID and a clear photo or video of the defect.

Simple rules:

• Apply perfumes and lotions before putting your jewellery on — not after
• Rinse with clean water after heavy sweating or swimming
• Wipe with a soft dry cloth and store in the provided pouch or box
• Avoid direct contact with bleach, harsh cleaning products, or chlorine
