🔁 Return Policy – UniqueJewels.in

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery – only for the following valid reasons:
✔️ Wrong item received
✔️ Damaged or defective product

We do not accept returns for:
❌ "Didn't like the product"
❌ Size or fit issues
❌ Change of mind after delivery

📦 Return Conditions:

  1. Item must be unused and in original packaging
  2. Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  3. Clear photo/video proof is required for approval

🔁 Return Process (Only for Verified Cases)

We accept returns only via email and only if the reason is verified and approved by our team.

Return Steps:

  • Email us at [Info@uniquejewels.in] with your order details and reason for return.
  • If your reason is approved, our team will guide you through the process.
  • Note: We do not schedule pickups. You will need to send the product to our return address — the address is clearly mentioned on the packaging, product box, and invoice.
  • Returned product must be in unused and original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Once received and verified, we will process your replacement or store credit (as applicable).

📌 Returns are not accepted for reasons such as "I didn't like it" or "change of mind."


💳 Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item passes quality check.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Card/UPI/Bank).

For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll request your bank account or UPI ID for the refund.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
  • Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • You can still return the item if it is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

⚠️ Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.


Important Points

Return pickups are subject to serviceability by our logistics partner.

In case pickup is not available in your location, you may need to self-ship the product to our return address.

Partial refunds may be applicable if product shows signs of wear or damage.
