Exchange-Only Policy
At Unique Jewels, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality. **We do not offer returns or refunds.** We only provide exchanges in the following specific cases:

🔒 Mandatory Security Proof:
To be eligible for an exchange, an **uninterrupted unboxing video** is mandatory. The video must show the package seal being broken and the defect clearly visible.
Non-Exchangeable Cases:
- Change of mind or "Style didn't suit me"
- Products purchased during a Sale or with a Discount Code
- Size issues (Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering)
- Items showing signs of wear or perfume contact
How to Request an Exchange

Initial Request: Email info@uniquejewels.in within **48 hours** of delivery with your Order ID and Unboxing Video.

Quality Review: Our team will review the footage. If approved, you will receive an "Exchange Authorization."

Shipping: Customers must self-ship the item back to our studio. Once we receive and inspect the physical product, your new item will be dispatched.
No Refund Policy
Payments once made will not be refunded. In case of a verified issue, we will provide a **Store Credit** or a direct replacement of the same design.
Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within **6 hours** of placement. Once processed for shipping, no cancellations are accepted.
